Cancellation/ Lateness

 

I strive to accommodate my guest to the best of my ability. Please honor your reservation, if you must cancel and or reschedule please call or text ASAP.

Guest arriving 10-15 min late may be asked to reschedule or have a modified service depending on what service or services they are booked for.

Please be in communication with me so necessary changes can be made.

 

Services/ Free Fix

Customer satisfaction is the most important thing to me! I want you to absolutely adore your service and experience at Mason Beauty. If for any reason if you are unhappy with the results, please contact me within 3 days so that I can schedule to fix any issue free of cost.

All services rendered by Mason Beauty are provided on a non-refundable basis. All sales are final.
